2. Service relationship

FireDoor Nation provides fire door inspection, repair, damper testing, firestopping, and compliance reporting services under separate written engagement agreements. Information on the Site is general guidance and does not by itself create a service relationship, contract, or warranty.

3. Code & AHJ disclaimer

FireDoor Nation provides inspection, documentation, repair, and remediation support based on generally accepted interpretation of applicable codes and standards (including NFPA 80, NFPA 105, and NFPA 101). Final code interpretation and enforcement authority remain with the applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Nothing on the Site should be treated as legal, code, or enforcement advice.

4. Content

All Site content — articles, photography, reports, brand marks, and layouts — is the property of FireDoor Nation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may reference Site content with attribution; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize it without written permission.

5. Submissions

Information you submit through forms is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting a form you represent that the information is accurate and that you have authority to share it.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be current at any given time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
